1. Booking Request
Submission of this form represents a booking request only. A booking is not considered confirmed until Dodo Paradise Tours has confirmed availability and the final arrangements with the customer.
2. Prices & Payment
Prices displayed on the website are starting prices and may vary depending on the number of passengers, itinerary, pickup location, additional services and specific booking requirements.
No payment is required when submitting this booking request. Our team will first confirm the booking details and final total amount with you. Payment instructions will then be provided separately.
3. Booking Reference
Each booking request is assigned a unique booking reference. Please keep this reference and use it when communicating with us regarding your booking and when making payment.
4. Changes & Cancellations
Requests to change or cancel a booking should be communicated as early as possible. Any applicable cancellation, amendment or refund conditions will depend on the service, notice provided and arrangements already made for the booking.
5. Tour & Activity Availability
Tours and activities are subject to availability. Routes, timings and stops may be adjusted when necessary due to weather, sea conditions, road conditions, safety considerations or circumstances outside our control.
6. Pickup & Meeting Time
Customers are responsible for providing the correct hotel, accommodation or pickup location and for being ready at the agreed time. Delays caused by incorrect information or late arrival may affect the planned service.
7. Airport Transfers
Customers booking airport transfers should provide accurate flight information whenever requested. Significant flight changes or delays should be communicated to us as soon as possible.
8. Car Rental
Car rental bookings remain subject to vehicle availability and any applicable driver, licence, deposit, insurance and rental conditions communicated before confirmation.
9. Sea Activities
Sea activities, including speed boat and catamaran experiences, remain subject to availability, sea and weather conditions and the operating conditions of the relevant activity provider.
10. Personal Belongings
Customers are responsible for their personal belongings during tours, transfers and activities. Please check vehicles, boats and meeting points before departure.
11. Safety
Customers must follow reasonable safety instructions provided by drivers, guides, boat crews, activity operators or authorised personnel during the booked experience.
